A Morning to Exhale

This fall, I opened the doors here on the farm to a small group of women for a morning I’d been dreaming about for a long time. We had brunch, gathered flowers, and slowed down together. Then, one by one, each woman opened a box with her name written across the top.

That was the first time the Exhale Autumn Ritual Box left my hands.

Watching them lift each piece out, reading the card, smelling the candle, laughing and passing things around the table, is something I’ll carry with me for a long time. Every item in this box is something I reach for when the seasons change and I need permission to soften. Sharing it with that group felt like sharing a piece of my heart.

    I absolutely loved The Exhale Autumn Ritual Box. I’ve experienced it for myself and have also given it as a gift, and both experiences felt so special.
