I know but don’t overthink it, don’t wait, just do it, when you can, of course!
I’ve used Naturally Linda Magnesium Cream every single day since I bought it, and we’re only on day three. From sore knees that feel hot and angry after putting away Christmas decorations, to sharing it with my husband for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. I say this because I usually do the heavy work on hard days for my hubby and well the next day, I was right as rain!
Maybe some people would say it’s just belief, but I honestly don’t think so. About 10–15 minutes after applying it, our joints genuinely start to loosen up. The tightness eases. Movement feels easier. The constant awareness of pain fades into the background.

This cream is absolutely amazing. I want to say thank God for making this natural sleeping cream. I have NOT been able to sleep for a couple years due to menopause. I purchased this MG cream and I have been sleeping for over 5 hours every night that I put the cream on. I'm up to 7 plus hours of sleep every night! Praise the Lord. I have spared a little to my dad and one of my friends to give it a try. I have slept consistently for two weeks and I won't stop buying, unless it stops working for me.

I use this Magnesium cream at night before sleep to help take the edge off and provide a more restful sleep. This particular brand does it’s jibe very well.
