Take very small dose works. Better than the sprays

My husband and I have both been using goldenseal for about 2 weeks. We both noticed an immediate response. Breaks up the mucus and congestion better than other herbs that I have used. Pressure and sinus soreness are gone.

I can't really give a option on the powder because I haven't used it and won't use it until I need it. And right now I don't need it, thank you
