Wild Yam Cream – General Use

Mark the first day of your period as "Day 1."

Do not apply the cream from Day 1 through Day 7.

Begin using the cream on Day 8 — two pumps, morning and evening. Rotate application spots: neck, chest, breasts, inner upper arms, belly, and inner thighs.

Continue using it twice daily until your period begins again, then pause and restart the cycle the same way.

Always follow three weeks of use with a one-week break, which should line up with your period.

Using Wild Yam Cream for Irregular Cycles or Perimenopause

If your cycle is irregular or you're not sure when to begin, count the day you start using the cream as "Day 8" and apply it morning and night.
Continue daily use through Day 28, or until your period begins — whichever comes first.
When your period starts (or on Day 28), pause for 7 days. After that, resume applying the cream starting from Day 8 again and follow the same routine.
If your period comes earlier than Day 28, stop using the cream, consider that your Day 1, wait 7 days, and restart on Day 8.
If your period doesn’t arrive by Day 28, stop anyway, take a 7-day break, then begin again on Day 8.

Using Wild Yam Cream During Menopause or Post-Menopause

Create your own monthly rhythm by choosing a day to begin — you can track it with a calendar, moon cycle, or journal.
Start your cycle by applying the cream on what you'll call "Day 8" and continue using it morning and night through Day 28.
Then take a 7-day break before beginning the next cycle again on Day 8.

General Use

The first day of your period is always "Day 1"
From day 1 to day 7, do not apply the cream. From day 8 apply two pumps, morning and night, alternating between neck, decolletage, breasts, inner upper arms, belly, and inside of thighs.

I have repurchased this cream for a while now…..
I believe this cream has helped me tremendously! My periods are on time like clockwork and I’m not as emotional as I once was also sleeping way better and less crying. I feel having children and breastfeeding my hormones were out of wack for a while and my cycle was always late or early and I thought that was normal until I started taking this. I noticed slightly after a couple months but fully after at least a year or so. I am so thankful for this product.

I thought it would help w my estrogen being non-existent but apparently it’s more to help with building progesterone which I am already taking progesterone in some vitamin E oil into my gums. If there’s something o can use to help increase my estrogen levels safely, I’d sure love to know what I might could try to build my estrogen. Thank you!

Love this wild yam cream
This wild yam cream has taken away my mood swings from post menopause. That I suffered with for over many years in just over a week time. I am so thankful for the perfect ingredients and how the owner cares about Gods children and keeping the ingredients non toxic and organic and from the wild on her farm.. I also can tolerate stress more and hoping it will help me sleep better soon.
