Shipping policy
Our shipping policy ensures that orders are processed and shipped within 3-8 business days from Monday to Friday. Please note that transit times do not account for major holidays or inclement weather delays. As a dedicated single artisan maker business, we strive to dispatch orders promptly. During periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances.
SHIPPING PROGRAM POLICY AND DETAILS
All orders within the US are shipped with a flat rate of $5 via USPS, or FREE shipping for orders of $45 and above. These rates are only for US shipping. If you enter a PO Box, we reserve the right to ship via USPS.
Once a shipping label is created by us, a tracking number is provided to you by email.
Non-Delivery and Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit and fails to reach the specified shipping address, kindly contact our Customer Support team at info@wfsoaps.com. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the loss is confirmed, we will assist in filing a claim with the postal carrier. Please note that all our products are insured in case of loss, theft, or damage.
Cancellation Requests Prior to Shipment: If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the order so that you can place a new order with the correct address. This measure is in place to prevent processing errors and to save time on adjustments that can lead to further complications.
Handling Orders with Incorrect Shipping Addresses (Unreported): If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address that was not reported prior to dispatch, we will cancel the order and issue a refund, excluding the shipping costs. This policy is to ensure accountability and prevent recurring issues with address inaccuracies.
International Duties and Taxes Policy: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and any additional fees levied by the customs authorities of their respective countries. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping costs displayed at the time of checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about and understand the customs regulations and fees applicable to their order before making a purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your orders status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@naturallylinda.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
