Use daily to increase your magnesium intake without the sting and irritation normally associated with magnesium oil. Magnesium infused body cream is a wonderful way to support your daily magnesium requirement.

How to use: Simply rub into the arches of the feet or the back of the knees before bedtime as needed. Can also be applied directly to achy and sore muscles. 1 Tsp contains approx. 280 mg. of elemental magnesium.
