Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed around.

Made with organic PUL and organic cotton flannel, you can rest assured knowing that the material against your skin is safe, soft, and hypoallergenic.

Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non-toxic soap. Hang to dry.

    Love this

    I spent a considerable amount of time searching for the perfect solution to wrap my leg that would offer maximum absorption, and I'm thrilled to say that this product has met my needs wonderfully. It provides exceptional support and absorption, making it a standout choice for anyone in similar circumstances. Only thing is, i wish it was smaller for thin people like me.

    Castor Oil Pack for Ankle/Elbow

    This ankle/elbow pack is made of high quality material - it is so soft. The price point was fantastic also - I have priced them other places and they were three times the price and not as high quality. Thank you MDW for bringing these quality products to our area!!
